Politica sulla Privacy — TUNESTRIKE
Questa informativa sulla privacy è disponibile solo in inglese.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TUNESTRIKE (the "Game") collects and uses information. The Game is developed and published by Blurrydream ("we", "us"), based in Spain, and is distributed through Steam. If you have any questions, contact us at info@netdomuz.com.
1. Summary
- You sign in with your Steam account. We do not ask for your email, real name or password.
- We store your Steam ID, your Steam display name and your game progress on our own server so your progress, battle pass and rewards are kept across devices.
- Your Steam display name, scores and ranks are shown publicly on the in-game leaderboards.
- Payments are processed entirely by Valve through Steam. We never receive your payment details.
- We do not sell your personal information and we do not show ads.
2. Information we collect
Steam account information. When you start the Game, it uses Steam to identify you. We receive and store your Steam ID (a numeric account identifier) and your Steam display name. To make sure requests really come from your account, the Game sends a temporary Steam authentication ticket that our server verifies with Valve's Steam Web API.
Game progress and activity. Linked to your Steam ID, we store:
- Experience, level, total playtime and in-game currency ("notes");
- Your results for each song: scores, ranks, accuracy, difficulty, number of plays and the date of your best result, plus a history of your recent matches;
- Daily missions and their progress;
- Battle pass ownership, the tiers you have claimed, and the items you have equipped (title, player card, profile banner, weapon skins and crosshair).
Purchases. When you buy notes, the order is created and paid through Steam (Valve). We store an order record with an order identifier, your Steam ID, the item purchased, the amount of notes and the order status, so we can deliver what you bought. We do not receive or store your card number or any other payment details.
Technical data. Like any website or online service, our server automatically receives your IP address when the Game connects to it, and it may be recorded in standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
3. Information stored on your device
Your settings (language, audio and video options, controls, sensitivity, audio calibration, crosshair color, left-handed mode, selected difficulty and the tutorials you have already seen) are saved locally on your computer and are not sent to us.
4. How we use your information
- To provide the Game: save and restore your progress, missions, battle pass and items.
- To show leaderboards and your match history.
- To show your friends' profiles: the Game reads your Steam friends list on your device, and sends their Steam IDs to our server only to display the profile banner they have equipped.
- To deliver purchases and keep the in-game economy fair.
- To prevent cheating and abuse, and to keep the service secure and working.
5. What other players can see
Your Steam display name, your scores, ranks and the difficulty you played are shown on the public leaderboards. Your Steam friends can see your profile banner, player card and title in the Game.
6. Third parties
- Valve (Steam): account sign-in, friends list, authentication and payments. See the Steam Privacy Policy.
- Discord: if the Discord desktop app is running, the Game may show your current activity in Discord (for example "In Menu" or the song you are playing) through Discord Rich Presence. This is handled locally by your Discord client; we do not send data to Discord ourselves. See the Discord Privacy Policy.
- Hosting provider: our server and database are operated by a hosting provider that processes the data on our behalf and only to provide the service.
7. Legal basis (EU/EEA users)
We process your Steam account information, progress and purchase records because it is necessary to provide the Game you chose to play (performance of a contract). Leaderboards, anti-cheat measures, security and server logs are based on our legitimate interest in offering a fair, competitive and secure game.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep your account data and progress while your account is active so you do not lose your progress. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to deliver purchases and meet legal obligations. Server logs are kept only for a limited time. If you ask us to delete your data, we will delete it from our server, except where we must keep it to comply with the law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise these rights, email us at info@netdomuz.com including your Steam ID or profile link. Deleting your data removes your progress, items and leaderboard entries permanently. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
10. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and Steam accounts require users to meet Valve's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
